Joining Queries
-
Our Basic Entry Option (BEO) is a way for anyone or any organisation to join the UEN. No upfront payment, no risk, no commitment. We only take our commission from savings off of your new contract that we get you.
-
Our Premium Entry Option (PEO) is a method for those who are willing and able to pay upfront and secure a lower commission rate for longer term savings. If you can pay the additional fee, we strongly recommend those who care about their future do.
-
You can join through completing our Entry Form. The form shares data with us necessary to complete our job. Dependent on whether you join through the BEO or PEO, one of our representatives will be in contact with you for confirmation and to secure payment if necessary.
-
You can join the same day as completing the form, if you join on the PEO it may take a few more days due to needing to seek verification on some supplied data, but, this will not impact if and when you can achieve savings.
-
A Public Interest Organisation (PIO) is an organisation which serves the public good. We are appreciative of the work that these groups do for the community and that is why they have a lower joining rate on the PEO. Groups which meet this requirement include: Local and Central government (except social housing)
Payment Queries
-
If you are joining on the BEO you pay nothing, aside from commission on any savings achieved from a new contract we supply from you. If you join on the PEO, you have to pay an upfront fee which depends on whether you are a business or an individual.

We need money to operate in the short term, that’s why after the statutory 14 days you have to refund the upfront fee, it can’t be, regardless of you savings.
